KAMBO structures offer different shipping solutions. Mostly we offered prices are FOB(Free on board) shipping point in USD. Therefore, buyers should be responsible for the goods during transport, cover the freight charges and purchase insurance if any of the shipment is lost or damaged.
Upfront Payment: T/T(Telegraphic transfers) non-refundable deposit as 30%-50% of full payment and balance after goods finished before shipping. We won’t change the payment account by email or not name related to KAMBO.
Leading Time is estimated 30 working days after signing the contract or receiving the deposit which occurs latest.
We highly recommend you order at least 2 months before your expected event date.
We ask before submitting the order that your “Ship To” address listed is correct. If a mistake is made, the customer is responsible for re-delivery or storage fees.
Large Packages will be sent by ground freight.
In some cases, you may need a forklift to unload the delivery. Some of our products are very large that we send by freight (Heavy Materials, Large Poles)
If delivery requires lift-gate additional fees will apply. To get accurate shipping information we recommend you speak to one of our representatives to assist you and find out if you will need this service.
Signature is required on receipt for all freight deliveries.

After Order Ships
Once ordered ships you will receive an email from KAMBO Eco Structures that will contain the carrier’s information and tracking number. With tracking you must track it through the freight carriers websites. The email that is sent contains all the information and links you will need.
KAMBO Eco Structures will be responsible for a 1-years warranty.
Information about receiving shipment
All shipments are given to freight carriers damage-free, properly packaged, and signed for by the carrier. KAMBO Eco Structures’ responsibility for the product ends once the truck leaves the facility. The carrier now assumes responsibility. If damage does occur, please note on the delivery receipt before signing.
KAMBO Eco Structures will assist customers as much as possible when filling in freight claims for shipments if the following conditions are met:
- Customer inspects the entire shipment before signing the delivery receipt. The packing slip located on top of shipment will list the quantity of boxes or bundles you should receive in your order. Make sure to verify the packing slip to the shipment to confirm you received the correct number of packages or bundles.
- Customer must note all damage or shortages found on delivery receipt
- Customers must notify KAMBO Eco Structures ASAP of the shipment’s delivery of any damages or shortages.
- Customer emails photographs to KAMBO Eco Structures representatives.
Failure to do any of the bullets listed above will result in waiver of claim. Customers will be held completely responsible to cover any charges with replacing damaged or missing products. Enclosed or on top of shipment you will find a packing list. Please unpack shipment ASAP and check your order to ensure you received everything.
