Structural Steel Q235
The Q235 steel plate was prepared by electrostatic spraying and cold galvanized and perform better in case of corrosion resistance. The frame of the geodesic dome tent is stable between 10 to 15 years depending on the surrounding environment.
PVC Cover
High-quality PVC-coated Polyester Fabric
Both 850g/m² shading PVC film and 950g/m² cold-crack resistance transparent PVC film can serve 8 to10 years.
We provide customized service beside fully transparent cover, completely opaque cover and transparent front cover.
Insulation Layer
Insulation Felt & Polyester Fabric
The insulation layer can be divided into two parts, non-combustible carbon fiber pre-oxidized silk insulation felt and flame retardant polyester fabric. The insulation layer is flame-retardant, mildew-proof, waterproof, non-odor-absorbing, and provides with excellent thermal insulation.
