The overall design of the Star Picking Town is centered around the "Milky Way" axis, connecting and running through the entire town while separating various functional layouts, allowing the dazzling starry sky of the desert to complement high-tech buildings. The intelligent mobile sunroom in the Starry Sky Exploration functional area, designed and constructed by our company, is located in the center of the scenic area. It has a two-story structure and is designed to resist blizzards, sandstorms, and ultraviolet rays. When night falls, the modular sunroom can slowly move and shrink to both sides, and under the starry sky, visitors can use astronomical telescopes to explore the mysteries of space.
Mechanical calculations, verification, and design are carried out based on the once-in-50-year wind and snow level in the location. The frame of the mobile sunroom is made of 6 series aviation aluminum alloy, and all connection points are reinforced with thickened built-in steel connectors and constructed using seamless splicing technology to ensure a firm and stable structure; Explosion proof tempered double-layer laminated glass is used, and the installation of the glass is fully protected and sealed with automotive grade EPDM rubber strips. The invisible fastening process is adopted, and the outer layer is sealed with automotive specific structural adhesive. The nested fan adopts a maze structure for wind, sand, dust, and air resistance, and the opening and closing parts adopt a male and female dynamic sealing structure. The five layer waterproof technology ensures very reliable waterproof performance.
